We offer both General Energy Management as well as in depth analysis of how energy is used by our Clients in their day to day operations. We own and can install on site a variety of Data Recorders to record and verify how efficient is the energy use at their premises.

Our specialised energy auditors install and monitor the actual power consumption on site. We then recommend and implement methods to increase energy efficiency to reduce the operating costs for our clients.

•       Tariff Optimisation– We have a 100% success in obtaining a cheaper rate in the monthly electricity utility bills for clients who qualify. These savings range RM3,000 to RM35,000-00 per month, every month for such clients. We do this with NO COST to the client.  If there are no savings, the client does not pay us any fees. Thus, we are operating on a success basis only, with no risk and nothing to lose for our clients.

 

•       Energy Saving via LOW Cost Solutions – We optimise our client’s electricity usage often at NO Cost or LOW COST. For example, we focus on the free solutions available, such as training the persons employed. Simple things like ‘turn off when not in use’ are not being practiced in many industries be it in factories, hotels, or even hospitals to name a few.

• Energy Savings via New Technologies – We recommend using new technology like efficient chillers, soft starters at large loads to achieve much more savings. The cost is significantly higher, but larger savings are guaranteed. The return on investment is realistic.
