Refinery & Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID); Pengerang, Johor

The Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex (PIPC) in Pengerang, is the largest Southern Oil & Gas investment by Petronas. Located on a single plot measuring about 20,000 acres, the project will house oil refineries, naphtha crackers, petrochemical plants as well as a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal and a regasification plant.
One Alpha M&E Consultants participated in this mega project as the M&E consultant to the listed Mudajaya Corporation who will undertake the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of workers village and temporary construction facilities for the UIO facilities for Rapid. This project is scheduled to be completed by early 2017.

Project: Klang Valley MRT2 – System Work Package SSP-SY-203 Engineering Construction, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Train and Depot Equipment, for Test Track Construction
A 600m long test track is constructed to test 49 sets of train cars for MRT Line 2 Usage. Upon completion of the train assembly, these trains will be tested according to project specifications and guidelines. This is the AC and DC electrical system where the electrical trains is using 750V DC for testing.
Project: Wolo Hotel at Bukit Bintang

Wolo Hotel located at Bukit Bintang, approximately 200m away from Pavillion Mall. This hotel is undergoing a renovation and we are proudly involved in the air conditioning system. We went in and study the existing chilled water system and propose to integrate an energy-efficient solution to their existing system. We also design and integrate Building Automation System with energy management in the hotel.
Apart from the above, we also study the entire M&E system and interact with the client on achieving better efficiency for the building and compliance with the local authorities requirements.
Mix Commercial Development; Gelang Patah, Iskandar, Johor
Start date: Jan 2016
Gross Development Value: RM700 – RM800 million
The 3.5Ha development consists of one 5 star hotel and one 4 star hotel, with a total of 800 rooms. There will also be a 37 storey Office Tower Block and a 4 storey convention retail centre. The total gross building area is estimated to be 140,000 square metres. The development is expected to take 36-48 months to complete, from early 2016.
One Alpha M&E Consultants Sdn Bhd have been appointed as the M&E consultant by the developer.
Overseas: Bodaiju Residence, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Start date: Nov 2015 till present
Gross Development Value: RM 108 million
Bodaiju is a few minutes’ drive to Phnom Penh International Airport and International Phnom Penh Hospital.
One Alpha M&E Consultants are understandably proud of being a part of this iconic development in the heart of Phnom Penh which has 380 units of condominium (13 storeys). This project is expected to complete by early 2018.

PR1MA Housing Scheme, Durian Tunggal, Melaka

Gross Development Value: RM179 million
Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia was established under the PR1MA Act 2012 to plan, develop, construct and maintain homes for middle-income households in key urban centres by the Malaysian Government.
This development comprises of 2 blocks of 13 storey, 2 blocks of 12 storey and 2 blocks of 10 storey apartments with a total of 772 units and should complete by 2019. One Alpha M&E Consultants are appointed M&E consultants for PR1MA homes project at Durian Tunggal, Melaka.
